Taking place on Sunday 11 October 2026 from 11am to 3pm, the Prom Fair brings together prom fashion, beauty, accessories, cars and more, giving students and their families the chance to start planning their big night in one place.
Best of all, tickets are completely FREE.

This year’s Prom Fair will be held at:

The venue is conveniently located for families travelling from Bromsgrove and surrounding areas including Redditch, Kidderminster, Droitwich Spa, Worcester and the wider West Midlands.
There is also free parking available at the venue, making it easy to come along and spend some time exploring everything the fair has to offer.
The event runs from 11am until 3pm on Sunday 11 October 2026.
Prom Dress Sale And Selected New 2027 Dresses
Of course, the dresses are going to be one of the biggest parts of the day!
Occasions By Design will be showcasing a selection of beautiful prom styles, giving students the opportunity to explore different colours, silhouettes and designs as they begin looking for the dress.
There will be a Prom Dress Sale featuring 2026 dresses, alongside selected new dresses from the 2027 collections.
It’s a brilliant opportunity to discover what’s available for the upcoming prom season, get some inspiration and potentially find your perfect dress.
Occasions By Design also operates a one dress per school policy, helping make your chosen prom look feel that little bit more special.

Bring Your Parents Along
Parents and guardians are very welcome at the Prom Fair too. In fact, we recommend making it part of the experience. You can browse dresses together, speak with suppliers and start working out everything you’ll need without rushing between different shops and businesses.
Attendees under 16 should attend with a parent or legal guardian.
FREE Prom Fair Tickets
Tickets for Prom Fair 2026 are completely free.
We ask that you please book one free ticket per prom student attending the event. Parents and accompanying family members do not need to book separate prom student tickets.
